Fury-Wilder II: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury Preview
Deontay Wilder: 42-0-1 with 41 KOs
Tyson Fury: 29-0-1 with 20 KOs
Deontay Wilder versus Tyson Fury II is the most anticipated heavyweight boxing matches in years. Their first electric fight ended in a controversial draw but both men are promising knockouts for this one. Both men have theatrical personalities, so everything from the entrances, to the main fight, should be a great spectacle especially with all the hype surrounding this fight.
Wilder and Fury have had two fights each since their last fight back in 2018. Deontay Wilder has had 2 knockout victories since the two years, while Tyson Fury has had 1 win by KO and 1 win by unanimous decision. Although in his last fight that he won by unanimous decision, Fury looked sluggish. He got a bad cut above his right eyelid and fought the rest of the fight on the defensive. He needs to look better if he plans on beating Wilder.
Wilder has one of the strongest right hands in the history of the sport and his 41 knockouts prove it. Both men desperately want to beat the other man and keep their undefeated streaks intact so I doubt this one goes the distance. They are both looking to knock out each other out and don’t want to leave it up to the judges to decide this one. The two men got into a shoving match at their press conference and will not take a post weigh in stare down picture with each other, which is customary for all big fights. Boxing officials took that measure due to all the animosity between Wilder and Fury and to avoid anything serious happening before the big fight.
