WWE Smackdown 4/3 Show Preview
It’s the last WWE Smackdown before Wrestlemania and wrestling fans everywhere are excited for this weekend’s event. Smackdown emanates from the WWE Performance Center again this week as the country still deals with the social distancing guidelines given by the government. Smackdown should be an intriguing show as it will be the final build for ‘Mania. Just like Raw, expect more promos than usual as the superstars get their final points across before their big matches.
John Cena Speaks On FireFly Fun House Match
One of the most anticipated matches the Smackdown brand has to offer for Wrestlemania is John Cena versus “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt. It’s a rematch from their Wrestlemania 30 bout in which John Cena came away victorious. That match has haunted Wyatt ever since and he says that match is one of the major reasons his “Fiend” character came about. Cena missed ‘Mania last year so the WWE Universe is excited to see the mega star back.
To make this match even more interesting, Bray Wyatt has turned it into a Firefly Fun House match. It is the first of its kind and from what I hear from backstage rumors, it should be one of the most interesting matches in WWE history. Cena will be on Smackdown to address this new stipulation which should certainly lead to some type of interaction with Wyatt on the Smackdown before the big match.
MizTv featuring Smackdown Tag Title Competetitors
MizTv will be very newsworthy this week for circumstances out of WWE’s hands. There are rumors floating around the internet that the Miz will not be able to perform this weekend due to being sick. If that is the case, the recently made Smackdown Tag Title match will have to be changed. How does WWE change a title match in which one half of the champions cannot compete? Again, this is all rumors as of now as WWE has yet to confirm anything so even if Miz is able to compete at ‘Mania, MizTv will still be must-see. It will feature arguably the 3 best tag teams in WWE today. Expect some a pre-Mania brawl regardless of the situation during this segment.

The other big rumor going around is that Roman Reigns will also not be competing at Wrestlemania this weekend. With him being one half of Smackdown’s biggest match at ‘Mania, WWE would have some big shoes to fill to replace him. Who else on the roster is ready to face Goldberg for the Universal Title? That is an answer I’m sure WWE will answer on what is looking to be one of the most newsworthy Smackdowns of the year.
