Boston (3) and Philadelphia (1) are at the top of the Eastern Conference and this matchup could very well be a playoff series at the end of the season. The thing to watch for in this game is if the Celtics can contain Joel Embiid and limit their free throws.

The Celtics are losers of 2 straight games and they are trying to gel in Kemba Walker into the picture after he missed the first 3 weeks of the season with a knee injury. Jayson Tatum has a 50/50 chance to play in this game according to Brad Stevens and if he is good to go, this Celtics team just becomes that much scarier. Tristan Thompson and Daniel Theis need to do a better job containing Joel Embiid and limit his free throw attempts. Embiid shot 21 free throws Wednesday night and the entire Celtics team shot 20.

Their one loss was against the Nuggets when more than half of their team was missing. Joel Embiid was extremely dominant on Wednesday night as he finished with 42 points and 10 rebounds. If Boston plays Embiid like they did on Wednesday, Embiid should have yet another 40+ point game as he continues his MVP campaign.
Tobias Harris played great on Wednesday with 22 points and Shake Milton was a huge spark off the bench with 16 points. Dwight Howard grabbed 6 offensive rebounds, Danny Green hit 4 3’s and Ben Simmons almost recorded a triple double. They are trying to prove they are the best team in the East and if they can get contributions like that, they are definitely up there.
