StarStudded Saturday NBA Showcase on ABC

OKC Thunder Vs Cleveland Cavaliers

Saturday is all about the NBA on ABC. In the first match up, the OKC Thunder (25-20) head into Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers (27-17). The OKC Thunder enter this weekend with a chance to make a statement. If they can overcome the Cavs on the road, they take another step towards being a true contender in the NBA. Cleveland with the addition of Isaiah Thomas to the line up, haven’t played to their best lately, but still boast one of the most star-studded lineups in the NBA. With a 3:30 (Eastern) start, it should make for an exciting game on this NBA Double Header Day on ABC.

Playing this game on statementgames.com I see OKC coming out with the upset victory. They are HOT and playing like the team we all thought they would play like. For my two lock statements:

  1. Russel Westbrook (OKC) Will Have A Double Double
  2. Lebron James (CLE) Will Have A Double Double

GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS VS HOUSTON ROCKETS

In the 2nd match up on ABC which begins at 8:30 (Eastern), the Warriors will look to set a franchise record with their 15th-straight road win against the Rockets. Outside of the Warriors, there hasn’t been a better Western Conference team than the Rockets so far this season. Houston currently sits 4.5 games behind Golden State for the top spot in the conference. James Harden – who leads the league in scoring with an average of 32.3 points per game will play in his 2nd game after missing the previous seven games with a hamstring strain

With this being the third and final meeting of the regular season between Golden State and Houston, after the two sides split their first two encounters, I see the Warriors coming out on top in this heavyweight showdown. Picking this game on statementgames.com I’ll be focusing on:

  1. Chris Paul (HOU) Will Have A Double Double
  2. Kevin Durant OVER 26.5 Points
GIVE A BOOST
